Thanks to Mr. Kaplan for providing us with more information on ST Math: ST Math is a powerful math tool that is supplemental to our core program at school. It takes a spatial-temporal approach where students are manipulating objects in space and time. The focus on visual learning gives students the opportunity to build conceptual understanding and make connections to math they are learning within the core lesson. It is a research-based program that is correlated to higher student achievement, when completed by the end of the school year. Marathon Club is a fun 10-12 week program that encourages our kiddos to get outside and move, while educating them about healthy lifestyle choices. The program culminates with The Final Mile Event on May 4th in Costa Mesa.

Marco Tedde has stepped up to lead Marathon Club this year, and is in need of a few parents to assist (you don’t have to run!). Practices will be once a week, after school on Wednesdays, beginning February 15th. Email Marco or text him at 949-331-5121 if you’re interested in helping out with this awesome program.

If your student would like to participate in Marathon Club this year, please complete the participation form!
